Abstract:
The mega city is a huge and complex giant system, whose structure and function, system and elements, vector and variables are becoming increasingly complex and highly integrated. The construction of land spatial planning system in rural areas around megacities requires planners to have a deep grasp of the systematic operation of megacities and the characteristics of the relationship between cities and villages. In line with the trend of population urbanization, industrial scale, service facilitation and governance modernization, and closely following the direction of 'dividing areas according to actual conditions, preparing plans according to areas, optimizing layout and allocating resources according to plans', Chengdu of Sichuan has classified several towns (villages) in the county with similar interior edges, connected transportation, related industries and interlinked humanities as an urban-rural integrated development area. Taking the area as the unit, the preparation of rural land spatial planning is the main task, comprehensively promoting the 'four tasks' of optimizing resource allocation, improving development quality, enhancing service capacity and improving governance efficiency, and deeply integrating and coordinating urban and rural structures and functions, systems and elements, so as to make a beneficial attempt to crack the urban-rural dual structure, reshape urban-rural economic geography, and explore the modern governance of mega cities.
